  • Statement of Interest submitted, reviewed and accepted by Outreach office staff.
  • Attendance of a program intended for students in grades 9-12.
  • First come first serve basis.

These scholarships have been made possible by the 海角破解版 Foundation. Granted until funds are exhausted.听
